Who is responsible

neritation.com is operated by Neritation (נריטציה), 10 HaTikva St., Ramat Gan, Israel. Questions about your data: office@neritation.com.

What we collect

  • The application form: name, email, company, website, role, the disciplines you are interested in, budget range, timeline, a description of the situation, and how you found us. Required fields are needed to review the application. There is no legal obligation to provide them.
  • Where you came from: if the link you arrived by carries UTM parameters, they are stored with the application.
  • Technical data: your IP address is used to rate-limit submissions and stop spam, and is kept briefly as a one-way hash. The hosting server keeps standard access logs.
  • Browser storage: a draft of the form is kept in your browser’s sessionStorage only, so you do not lose what you wrote, and is cleared when you close the tab. The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and its fonts load from our own server, not from Google.

What it is used for

To review your application, reply to you, and manage the relationship if we start working together. Your data is not sold and is not used for marketing email without separate consent.

Who receives it

  • Hostinger, the site’s hosting provider.
  • Google Workspace, for the firm’s mailboxes.
  • The firm’s internal client management system, on a server we control.
  • Telegram, for an internal alert about a new application: the applicant’s name, language and source only.

How long it is kept

An application that does not lead to work together is kept for about six months and then deleted. If we do work together, it becomes part of the client file for as long as the engagement lasts and as the law requires.

Your rights

Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may see the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to office@neritation.com. We reply within 30 days.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS only. Admin access requires two-factor authentication. The connection to the internal system goes through a defined interface with a limited access key, never directly to its database.
